Everything you might want to know before your first visit. Still curious? Ask us directly.
What happens at a first visit?
A relaxed conversation about your history, what brings you in and what a better life looks like for you. There are no tests and nothing to prepare — most people leave their first visit feeling lighter and clearer.
How do I choose between your treatments?
You don't have to decide alone. Aquatic therapy suits pain, injury and mobility; psychotherapy supports emotions, stress and life transitions; pediatric therapy helps children. Your assessment recommends the best fit — and treatments can be combined.
Is therapy confidential?
Completely. Everything you share stays between you and your therapist, with only rare safety-related legal exceptions that are explained upfront.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — psychotherapy works beautifully by secure video, and many clients blend online and in-person visits. Body-based therapies like aquatic sessions take place at the practice.
How many sessions will I need?
Focused goals often shift within 6–12 sessions; deeper patterns take longer. We review progress openly and never book beyond what genuinely helps.
What does it cost, and how do I pay?
Single sessions run from $85 to $120 depending on treatment. Pay securely online through our shop or in person. Concession places are available — just ask.
What if I need to cancel?
Rearrange or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Later cancellations are charged at half the session fee.
Do you work with children?
Yes — our pediatric therapy supports children aged 4–14 through play-based sessions, with parents guided and updated every visit.
