When you book, contact us or subscribe, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact information, appointment preferences and anything you choose to tell us about your care. Session notes are kept separately under strict clinical confidentiality.

How we use it

We use your information to arrange and deliver your care, confirm appointments, respond to messages and — only with your consent — send occasional wellbeing notes. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How we protect it

Records are stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Only the therapists directly involved in your care can see clinical notes, and payment details are processed by our certified checkout provider — never stored on our servers.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete non-clinical records at any time by emailing hello@fernlightcounseling.co.uk. Clinical notes are retained as required by professional regulation.
