Aquatic Therapy
Rehabilitation in warm, supportive water — where joints move freely, pain eases and confidence returns faster than on land.
Healing that begins the moment you step in
Water supports up to 90% of your body weight, so stiff joints, healing injuries and painful backs can move without the strain gravity demands. Each 60-minute session pairs gentle resistance work with breathing and relaxation, guided one-to-one by Dr. Alan Reyes.
It is especially effective after surgery, for arthritis and chronic back pain, and for anyone whose recovery has stalled on land.
What's included in every session
- Personal assessment and a tailored water-based recovery plan.
- 60 minutes of guided warm-water movement and resistance work.
- Breathing and relaxation practice to calm pain and tension.
- Home exercises and a written progress review every fourth visit.

Aquatic therapy questions
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. Sessions take place in chest-deep warm water with full therapist support and flotation aids. Non-swimmers are welcome and common.
What should I bring?
Just swimwear and a towel — we provide a private changing room, secure lockers and all pool equipment.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients feel real change within 4–6 sessions. Your therapist reviews progress openly and never books beyond what you need.
