Pediatric Therapy
Play-based, pressure-free support that helps children name big feelings, grow confidence and bounce back stronger.
Serious help, disguised as play
Children rarely heal through talking alone — they heal through play, stories, drawing and movement. In 45-minute sessions, Priya Nair meets your child exactly where they are, building trust first and skills second.
We support anxiety, big emotions, school struggles, family change and low confidence, and parents are partners throughout: you receive clear guidance and a progress plan after every visit.
What's included in every session
- 45 minutes of play-based one-to-one time in a child-friendly room.
- Emotional skills: naming feelings, calming down and solving problems.
- Parent guidance and a written progress plan after every visit.
- School liaison available when classroom support would help.

Pediatric therapy questions
What ages do you work with?
We work with children from age 4 to 14, adapting methods to each developmental stage — more play for younger children, more conversation for older ones.
Can parents stay in the room?
Usually children settle best one-to-one, but the first session always includes parents, and you receive a full debrief every time.
How will I know it is working?
Beyond session feedback, we track agreed goals — calmer mornings, easier bedtimes, school confidence — and review them with you regularly.
